List of Features and Permissions

Below is a list of the permissions—by feature—that can be granted to users for QuickTask via the System module in Infor Property Management.

For specific steps to grant permissions to these features, refer to the topic, Granting User Security Permissions .

Approve Approve is the top permission. Check this box and then check the box for any feature you want to grant permission to: ¨ Approve ¨ Approve PO (for the PO Approval feature) ¨ Authorize Invoice (for the Invoice Authorization feature) ______________________________________________________________________
Count ¨ Count is the permission for Count. ______________________________________________________________________
Inquire Inquire is the top permission. Check this box and then also check the box for the feature you want to grant permission to: ¨ Inquire ¨ Unit Availability (for the Unit Availability feature) ______________________________________________________________________
Inspect ¨ Inspect is the permission for Move-out walkthrough. ______________________________________________________________________
Manage ¨ Manage is the permission for Manage Work Order. ______________________________________________________________________
Prospect ¨ Prospect is the permission for Prospect. ______________________________________________________________________
Receive .¨ Receive is the permission for Receive. ______________________________________________________________________

NOTE that QuickTask is used in conjunction with Infor Property Management applications, and requires a separate license. Please contact your Account Manager for information about obtaining a license.
